Terms of Service

Aqua Nuis develops scripts for FiveM servers and Discord bots for roleplay communities, and operates the site aquanuis.com, the Central and the store. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Aqua Nuis, and "you" means the person using our services.

By browsing the site, signing in to the Central or buying a product, you agree to these terms and to the other policies they link to: Privacy, Cookies, Payments and Refunds, the Script License, the Aqua Bot Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Central

The area of the site where you manage your purchases, your servers and your support requests.

Products

The scripts for FiveM servers, the Aqua Bot and the other services listed in the catalog.

Your server

The FiveM server or the Discord server where you use a product.

Our products are made for owners and staff of FiveM servers. To buy, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and be able to enter into a contract where you live.

You sign in to the Central with your Discord account, so the Discord terms also apply to you.

You sign in with Discord, and we never create a password for you. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for the access you give your staff in your server panel.

If you notice an access that was not yours, tell support right away.

To close your account, ask support. We delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, keeping only what the law requires.

The price of each product is on its page, and the amount charged is always calculated by our server. A price changed in your browser does not change what you pay.

• Scripts are sold through Tebex, the store that Cfx.re authorizes for FiveM scripts, and arrive in your Cfx.re account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• The Aqua Bot is paid through Mercado Pago, with Pix or card, and the activation code arrives in your email as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Plans, renewals, cancellations and refunds follow the Payments and Refunds policy.

When you buy a product, you get a license to use it, not ownership of it. The product, its code and its design remain ours.

• Scripts: one FiveM server per license, as set out in the Script License.
• Aqua Bot: one Discord server per code, for the paid period, as set out in the Aqua Bot Terms.

Every new version of a script reaches your Cfx.re account at no extra cost while your license is active.

Use the site, the Central and our bots within the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, it is not allowed to:

• Try to access data, panels or servers that are not yours.
• Overload, probe or exploit flaws in the site, the Central or the bots.
• Bypass payment, licensing or any protection of our products.
• Use our services for spam, harassment, fraud or illegal content.
• Pretend to be Aqua Nuis or a member of our team.

Support is handled by our team through the Central. You can also write to [email protected].

What support covers

• Installing and configuring the products you bought.
• Questions about buying, payment and licensing.
• Fixing defects in our products.

What it does not cover

• Custom development, or changing a product for another purpose.
• Scripts, frameworks or servers made by others.
• Licenses that were resold, or obtained outside the official store.

We treat everyone with respect, and ask the same. Insulting or harassing our team ends the conversation.

We work to keep the site, the Central and the bots online at all times. Part of the service depends on others, such as Discord, Cfx.re, Tebex, Mercado Pago and our hosting providers, and an outage on their side can affect us. When the failure is ours, we let you know and fix it as soon as we can.

What is ours

The Aqua Nuis brand, the names and logos of our products, the site, its texts, images and code belong to Aqua Nuis. Do not use our brand to suggest a partnership or endorsement without our written permission.

What belongs to others

FiveM, RedM and Cfx.re are trademarks of Cfx.re. Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2 are trademarks of Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. Aqua Nuis is not affiliated with any of them.

What you send us

The images, videos and texts you send us, such as loading screen media, support messages and testimonials, remain yours. You allow us to store and display them only as needed to run the service, and you confirm that you have the right to use them.

We answer for what we deliver and for fixing our own mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim about a product is limited to what you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue of your server.

We are not responsible for scripts, frameworks, hosting or services made by others, or for changes you make to the parts of a product that ship open for editing.

We may suspend or end the access of anyone who breaks these terms, with notice whenever possible. Fraud, abusive chargebacks and attacks on our infrastructure end access immediately.

If you believe a suspension was a mistake, tell support and we will review it.

We may update these terms when our products or the law change. The version in effect and its date are at the top of this page. A change that affects your rights is announced in advance, by email or in the Central.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where Aqua Nuis is based. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your home.
