Payments and Refunds

• Scripts are sold through Tebex, the store that Cfx.re authorizes for FiveM scripts, and arrive in your Cfx.re account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• The Aqua Bot is paid through Mercado Pago, with Pix or card, and the code arrives in your email as soon as the payment is confirmed.

The price of each product is on its page, and the amount charged is always calculated by our server.

• Monthly plan: a Tebex subscription that renews by itself every month. You can cancel whenever you want, at Tebex, and the script stops running when the paid period ends.
• Lifetime plan: a single payment, with no renewal.
• Updates: every new version reaches your Cfx.re account at no extra cost.

• Prepaid plans of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, with no automatic charge.
• Renewing before the end adds the new days to the period you already have.
• We email you 7 days before the end and again in the last 24 hours.
• When the plan ends, the bot stops working on your server. Its settings are kept for 90 days, and then deleted.

A monthly script plan is cancelled at Tebex. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the script keeps working until the end of the period you already paid.

An Aqua Bot plan has nothing to cancel: it does not renew by itself, and simply ends on its date.

Within 7 days of your first purchase of the Aqua Bot, ask through support in the Central and we refund the full amount, no questions asked.

• The money goes back through Mercado Pago, by the same method: Pix to Pix, and card payments reversed on your statement.
• The subscription ends and the Aqua Bot leaves your Discord server. You do not need to explain anything.

A refund request for a script is made through support in the Central. Each request is reviewed under the consumer law that applies to you and the rules of Tebex, which processes the payment and the refund.

A refunded or disputed payment ends what it bought at Aqua Nuis: the Aqua Bot subscription, or the management of the script in the Central.

If something went wrong with your purchase, talk to support before opening a dispute. We solve it faster.

Nothing in this policy reduces the rights that consumer law gives you where you live.
