Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to the site, the Central, the Aqua Bot, Aqua Staff, the Logbook panel, our support, and everything you upload to us, such as loading screen media, support attachments and testimonials. It is part of the Terms of Service.

It is not allowed to:

• Access, or try to access, data, panels or servers that are not yours.
• Probe, scan or exploit flaws in the site, the Central or the bots.
• Overload our services, or send automated requests in volume to our pages or APIs.
• Bypass payment, licensing or any protection of our products.

Do not upload or send:

• Content that you do not have the right to use, such as music, images or videos of others without permission.
• Illegal content, or content that promotes violence or hatred against people or groups.
• Any sexual content involving minors. We remove it immediately, end the account and report it to the authorities.
• Malware, or files made to harm whoever opens them.
• Personal data of other people without a legal basis to share it.

• Spam, harassment, threats or scams, against us or against anyone, through our services.
• Pretending to be Aqua Nuis, our team or our bots.
• Using our services to collect data of Discord members beyond what the features do.

If you find a security flaw, write to [email protected] with the subject Security, describing how to reproduce it. Do not access more data than you need to show the problem, and do not publish it before we fix it. We reply and keep you posted until the fix.

To report abuse of our services, write to [email protected] with the subject Abuse, or open a request in support. Links and screenshots help us act faster.

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, suspend features or end access to our services, with notice whenever possible. Fraud, abusive chargebacks and attacks on our infrastructure end access immediately. When the law requires it, we report to the authorities.

If you believe we got it wrong, tell support and we will review it.
