Script License

When you buy a script, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it on one FiveM server. The script remains the property of Aqua Nuis: you buy the right to use it, not the code.

• Monthly plan: the license lasts while the subscription is active.
• Lifetime plan: the license has no end date.

• Install and run the script on one server of yours.
• Edit what ships open, the configuration and the framework bridge, and customize everything in the Central.
• Keep backup copies for your own use.

• Resell, sublicense, share, leak or distribute the script, in whole or in part, for free or not.
• Remove, bypass or try to break the Cfx.re protection.
• Reverse engineer the script, or copy its code, interface or assets to make another product.
• Use the script on more servers than your license covers.

Our scripts are protected by the Cfx.re Asset Escrow, which ties the script to your Cfx.re account. The interface of the script is not encrypted by Cfx.re, and it is still covered by this license.

Every new version reaches your Cfx.re account at no extra cost while your license is active. Support follows the Terms of Service.

Our scripts come with a bridge for vRP, ESX, QBCore and Qbox, and have a mode with no framework. Those frameworks, and any other resource on your server, belong to their authors and follow their own licenses.

Using a script outside this license ends support and Central access for that script, and may lead to a takedown request at Cfx.re and to legal action.

A monthly license ends when the paid period ends without renewal. Any license ends when it is broken, or when its payment is refunded or disputed. When it ends, you must stop using the script and delete your copies.
